Nicholas – Keep working on the logo, it needs to be a strong, crisp element that does not detract from the great imagery you are making. Do you have too many contrasts within that one logo element?
#2 – more more more and bigger windows, let the cosmos in! This should be reflected on the Astro Modes plane also.
#2 has more combined elements, and so you’ll need to spend some time on the details – like adding a shadow below seated girl to make her really “sit” on the seat, changing the magazine covers in the foreground, darkening the 1 leg of the standing women so we don’t miss the leg that seems to be missing, etc etc.
What else could be in the foreground? A cat or dog along for the ride?
Reminder: these are vertical formats for magazine full page ads.

I have to agree with coni, I miss the big window view. Still a solid design throughout.
